How to Schedule/What to know

A new patient consultation consists of a complete health history and a thorough review of your present condition. Your appointment will be 1 1/2-2 hours. You will receive an acupuncture treatment, and together we determine the treatment strategy that best suits your individual needs. **

If you chose to have an herbal formula, I will formulate it while you are resting with needles.

Be sure to have a little food prior to your visit. Treatments will typically necessitate access to parts of the body above the knees and elbows. It may be easier for patients to try and wear loose and comfortable clothing prior to their visit or to bring a pair of shorts to change into.

Your first visit

  • Bring any relevant test results.

  • Bring a list of any medications, herbs, or supplements you are currently taking.
